Courses
If you choose to withdraw from a course, you will be responsible for a pro-rated payment through the end of the current billing month of your enrollment.
If you wish to terminate your Continuing Lifestyle Training that is billed monthly, we require a minimum of a one month notice of cancellation.
Products
If a product is defective, it may be returned for a full refund provided that it is unused and in the original packaging.
Products that have been opened or used are not eligible for refunds.
Payments
We accept a variety of payment types including direct debit, cash, credit card, or PayPal. If you choose to pay with a credit card, you will incur a processing fee set by the bank that processes your payment. We pass that charge on to you in the exact amount. We prefer that you pay with a no fee method such as direct bank deposit.
Payment for courses is expected in advance. However, for multi-month programs, we will consider a monthly payment option on a case-by-case basis.
