- We will give you all the information that you need to pass on to your GP
- When the results of the blood tests come in, we ask that you send them to us
- We will review your Questionnaire and Blood Test Results and use them in designing your program
- We will synthesize all your information and finalize your program
- We will ask you to inform you GP of your impending lifestyle changes
- We build a diet and eating schedule with an ‘eating window’ to suite your schedule while allowing you to practice time restricted eating.
- We design your diet and eating schedule to meet your individual needs
- We create your Cronometer Gold Account
- You use Cronometer to track your daily nutrition, activities, and biometrics
- We provide a digital Welcome Kit with your personalized program data, a course manual, shopping guidelines, a recipe book, and coupons to save money on key products to support your progress
- We build your diet using Biologically Appropriate Foods that are acceptable to your personal taste
- You MUST avoid all processed foods. NO EXCEPTIONS
- We may recommend supplements depending on the individual needs
- We design a workout and exercise schedule that fits into your life
- We give you a selection of exercises that do not require a gym membership
- If you do use a gym, we help you take advantage of that environment
- All the activities that are prescribed are intended to maximize your insulin sensitivity
- We also ask that if you are able to walk, then you walk as much as you can

- Periodically, we ask our clients to join our online HBS seminar series where we present research and discussion on a relevant aspect of the program.
- If you are unable to attend the live seminar, we record the meetings and can make them available to you to watch at your convenience.
- Occasionally, our seminar is a workshop where we show and tell how to achieve a very specific goal

- Review Meeting: Where to from Here?
- At the end of the 3 months, we meet with you again via Zoom to discuss how to maintain the results that you have achieved and how to move forward.
- You also have the option of enrolling in the Continuing LST or other courses for which the Signature LST is a pre-requisite.
